You can get away with this if they are growing outdoors and regularly flushed with rain water. Additionally, it makes a difference what the actual mineral composition of the water is. I was watering outdoors with 72ppm water but the mineral content of the carbonates was low, only 25ppm. It is the carbonates that cause the most problems for the plants.

Also, when I water my venus flytrap with tap water and later flush the soil with Distilled water, will the plant survive? They are grown in doors because i think that the temperaturę outside will trigger the dormancy period (I like in Poland and the temperature in the day is around 15-25*C, in the night its around 3-10*C) can i grow them out doors?

Those temperatures would likely trigger dormancy. Watering once with tap water and then continuing with distilled should be fine.

Once will start their fast decline. After that flushing them with distilled or rain water MAY save them.
Looking into reverse osmosis systems or at least get a Zero water pitcher.

Why can't you buy distilled?

I'd day distill it yourself but you'd need distillation apparatus which I'm guessing you don't have

A 20 cup Zero water pitcher is typically around $30 and lasts quite a while if using for just CPs. I have one.
