The weather is just beginning to warm up here. The outside temps can be anywhere from 55-70 degrees. I've been keeping my new vft death cube rescues outside on days when it is warmer but bringing them in when it a cooler 55 degree day. Would they be happier under a grow light when it is 55 degrees or happier outside getting the sunshine?

If the temperature stays above freezing, put them outside and leave them out, they'll be fine. Moving them in and out is more detrimental in the long run than a couple of cold nights.

They will be happier outdoors in full sunlight in temperatures above 20 degrees. A cloudy day outdoors is better than indoors under lights. As ChefDean said, moving them in and out will stress the plant and cause problems.
