That's interesting. I haven't seen or heard of a sundew doing quite that sort of shape- looks like the new growth is doing something strange. I would take a very close look at it, if you can, to see if you can spot any signs of insect infestation.

Zooming in I can see what may be aphid sheds, but there aren't many.
An issue that I do see is you've got that Cape with a Sarr and a VFT. The Sarr and VFT should be fine together, but the Cape has different needs and probably won't last long if subjected to the required conditions for the other two. Or the other two won't survive long if subjected to the Capes conditions.
Move the Cape out into its own pot.

How long has it been growing. Capes can't take the same winter dormancy that sarrs and flytraps require, although they may grow back from the roots in the spring.

It's been growing for about half a year now, and it's thriving. I live in the Silicon Valley (Hardiness Zone 9b) in California, so mild winters, enough to sustain flytraps and sarrs dormancy requirements. Plus, California Carnivores is just north of me, and they have capes growing with their flytraps. Also Predatory Plants is also 30 minutes away from me by car, and they grow flytraps too without the fridge method. Maybe you are right, but I was absolutely certain that all the plants in the mini bog went dormant except the cape. I'll see next winter what happens, but I have grown other capes outdoors and they did fine.
