Unfortunately, most of my experiments with Drosera seeds over the last few months have been terminated by mold, although at least the D. spatulatas seem to be doing well.

I was considering perhaps floating the seeds in water like leaf cuttings, and putting a small amount of peroxide in this water to kill mold. Perhaps I could also lightly shake the container every once in a while to ensure that the seeds are properly coated.

Don't know about the peroxide, either. I have tried adding cinnamon to the water which I think helped. But the thing that helped the most was simply shaking the test tube every day.

I did not think drosera needed to be water stratified. Unless I am misunderstanding the issue. I just sow my seeds under a humidity dome and let them do their thing. Once they start germinating I remove the dome until they get planted in larger pots.

It depends on the species. Intermedia, rotundafolia, anglica, and some others will require stratification. Tropical sundews will not. Filiformis is one of those that is on the fence and can go either way.
