Why do you assume that growing all day under direct sun provides optimal light conditions? Photoperiod and PAR vary dramatically when growing outdoors under the sun. The photoperiod is not long enough in most parts of the world, PAR is too low during most of the day, and depending on where you are, the season, and the weather, PAR is too high in mid day. Sunlight providing suboptimal PAR for many plant species is not new science. This is basic botany, settled science, like round earth versus flat earth.

Referring to azoxystrobin’s greening effect as “snake oil” is an anti-science statement that ignores scientific research published by several dozens of research labs in the articles in the Google Scholar link I shared.
