It's grown out doors in full sun, it's a little windy, around 28*C, or around 83*F (I think). I water it every day or once in 2 days with demineralized/distilled/rain water. The damage started today i think.

The media looks too dry. You generally want to have outdoor flytraps sitting in a small amount of water, as they're bog plants and want moisture. The substrate should feel like a kitchen sponge that's been run under the tap and wrung out.
You may need to soak that pot to get the substrate to absorb water again, if it's gotten too dry, as peat-based medias don't absorb water well once dried out.

Yes, your flytrap will survive. Just make sure it is only watered with distilled water.

Keep this fact in mind: Even elephants and whales start off as babies.
Antoni wrote: Mon May 20, 2024 5:49 pm I'm starting to worry that they aren't selling cultivars.
Diflora sells small plants at low prices. It's up to you to take the time and effort to grow them into adults. That's part of the fun with this hobby.

Wait, so my Low giant is 99% fake and b52 is 99%fake too from this Ernesto guy, right? so what do I do with these plants now? I really don't have much space left for new VFT and I really want to grow a b52 from a reputable seller (in this case Diflora)

Grow them anyway? If they look nice, the name doesn't matter, and they don't exactly need a ton of pot space. You can likely put them all in the same pot. Alternately, trade or give them away.

Does anyone have a list of like Giant Venus Flytrap cultivars ranked? and why on Diflora the DCXL is labeled as ,,normal,, , while for example B52 and Ginormus are labeled as ,,giant,,? I thought DCXL was a giant one too.

And also, I may or may not have found a flytrap nursery in Poland, but im not sure if it is a legit one that sells real cultivars. The nursery I found is called "heldros" and it seems like a legit one. I will order from them today I think, but I need to be sure the nursery looks like its selling cultivars.

There isn't really any way to 'rank' the various cutivars, as which ones any person prefers will largely come down to personal taste in appearance. You could research the most vigorous ones, or the most unusual, but trying to decide which one is best is a little like looking at a dessert shop and asking "well, which thing in here is best".

DCXL is in fact giant, one of the very largest flytraps you can get. I don't think any of us have any way to know why a nursery has labeled them one way or another. That might be a typo or mislabel on their part.

The heldros.com website has photos that appear to be the cultivars they're listed as. You would have to look up reviews for them and see if people say the plants they send match the photos.

I watched some videos about this nursery, the people there day it is in fact a legit nursery selling legit cultivars. I ordered a B52 and a DCXL from them. How old do they have to be to produce a trap that has over an inch in size?

There are many factors that dictate if or when a plant will put out big traps, and age is only a small one. Keep it in good light outside, let it catch lots of bugs, and you may have big traps in a couple of years. The poorer the conditions, the longer it will take, but it may never get big traps if the conditions are too far outside of optimal.
