Hi everyone

My drosera intermedia woke up from dormancy from 8 March.

But only branch plants woke up, not the main one.

As you can see the pic, middle one is still not moving at all.

Is it normal that main plants wakes up much later than branch plants?

For a lot of plants it's normal for them to expend energy into producing divisions as another way to propagate. Many times this either doesn't leave enough energy for the mother plant to come back after dormancy, or it continues to pump that energy into the divisions to spread them out.

that sounds bad.. i thought d. intermedia is kind of weed so they can survive any of condition..

hope another 10% of your plants will be healthy !
