First plant was a Venus Fly Trap (currently unknown variety) from the grocery store in July, 2024.
Soon after, I ordered a cape sundew (supposedly an "Orange Sherbet") online from Etsy, which arrived the start of August, 2024. This also arrived with some freebies/"hitchhikers" which seem to be one alba cape sundew, some utricularia (currently unknown variety), and some others that are either subulata or bisquamata (currently unknown, will need to find out).
I fell in love with my cape sundew, so in October, 2024 I ordered and received a Drosera capensis 'Big Pink' and Drosera capensis 'Beet' online from Curious Plant (shipped bare root). I also ordered a Drosera capensis “Ceres, South Africa” and Drosera capensis "Orange Sherbet" online from California Carnivores (still waiting for shipment).
