I have these Bohemian Garnet's and a yet to be id'd green VFT's that were all tag a long's in some Drosera Filiformis that I purchased last year. They seem to be growing very well in the moss they are growing on but I have also read that moss will choke plants out. Since they seem to be doing well, should I just leave them?

From my understanding, VFTs can typically hold their own against sphagnum. If they start to be so buried you can't see the growth tips, you can prune the moss around them a little. I might prune the moss around that green one, since it seems to be a bit cramped with how it's growing straight up. I wouldn't worry beyond that.

Was the flytrap identified to you as a red garnet, or did you identify it? If it is a seed grown, it may look like it but is still considered a typical.

No, It was id'd by the person I got it from. I posted a pic a while back ago asking what it was as seller had not responded to me. He finally did and confirmed it was a Bohemian Garnet.
