I *think* you can use that for a "bonus". Add another seed type to your request. Also, ask for the add-on finlaysoniana. That should give you a total of three seed requests.

Yes, as Intheswamp said, that selection is available as a bonus if you like. If that's all you want, let's roll with it.
However, you could request something else in Tier 0 (I hear those spatulata are lovely), request the Mixed Threadleaf (subtropical) as a bonus, and the finlaysoniana (or intermedia) as an add-on to get three packs.
Or, you can leave it as-is and start slow.
