This is Drosera Filiformis V. Filiformis typical growing from a flower stalk cutting. When it was attached on the mother plant the stalk had false vivipery, So I cut off the stalk and, I planted it with other sundew seedlings and, it grew to a new one. 
Here is one that I grew from seed with the adult plant. 
Here is some more seedlings that were grown from seeds. Here is also the other one I bought from Sarracenia Northwest. 
This hybrid is called Drosera X Southern cross. It is a hybrid between Drosera Filiformis tracyi and Drosera Anglica. They started to form hibernacula ( winter resting buds ). Because of its Anglica genetics, this hybrid has a growing season. It wakes up in early spring, and will go dormant by late August early September. 
Here is Drosera x Hybrida now have hibernacula because of the weather getting colder and days getting shorter. 
All of my Drosera Filiformis ssp Filiformis are making hibernacula for the upcoming winter already. 
All Drosera x Hybrida from California Carnivores is already in hibernaculum or a dormant resting bud, and has seed pods ready to harvest.
