If you're scared of rot, you could just top water them everyday instead of standing them in water.

Mainly just lots of light, same care as a flava.

Unlike flavas, leucos generally do better if they don't sit in water. Flavas love to be soggy. Leucos, not so much, particularly at the end of the summer.
