How long did it take from when the leaf first appeared to when it became fully opened?

I checked the previous posts, and it looks like you got the rhizomes 4 months ago. If my pitchers grow at that rate, I'll have to wait until the end of summer before I get open pitchers. Hopefully the summer temperatures will speed up the growth.

I'm in pa. They only came out of dormancy like a month ago.

Heh, I'm not as good as growing, so only one started to grow yet, but it just started growing so I am going to wait until later to see. It is growing happily though.

That is why I was interested in getting some of his lost labels. I'm sure that he had culled them from his keeper list, but I'm sure that some of his throwaways would be amazing. Only time will tell but for $5 a rhizome, I couldn't resist. Just ask @ChefDean about my will power when it comes to sarrs. Spring is a tough time of year for me. That is when most of the sarr deals happen.

The rhizomes aren't producing any mature pitchers yet. There is some growth but nothing interesting.

Quick update. All 6 of mine put out pitchers. Some nicer than others but this beauty made taking the chance worth it!

Anyone have any idea what type of species/hybrid this could be? I will post another picture when it fully opens.

The veins make me think there is some rubra in there

That's a nice one. No telling what its parentage could be. My guesses would include rosea and leucophylla.
