All i have sold this year is a dozen or more sundews, must be the economy. My peat has went up 25% and perlite 90%. I was thinking about printing a yard sign what do you guys think of the design.

My suggestion: use a different sundew pic. The pic shown doesn't really show the dew on the sundews. Secondly, the for sale part should stand out a bit more.

Try to get a pic where the sun really reflects off the dew and makes it all sparkly.

You have to take into consideration who your target audience is.

I think it looks nice, but people may not be able to tell what they're looking at. I mean, if I had never heard of a sundew, it might be hard to tell what it is. I don't really know though. It's really just your decision. Whatever you think looks best and will attract the most customers, it what you should go with

How about calling them "Boogery bug eaters"?

Depending on your neighborhood, I'm guessing people will be driving by, and won't see a sparkly detailed photo. So maybe go with something simple, billboard-style, "BOOGERY BUG EATERS FOR SALE" or "GOT FLIES?" with just a basic photo or a Super Mario cartoon plant.

The foot traffic i get now is from selling mostly banana trees. Lowes and Home Depot and a few local nurseries send people here. 40% of the people that walk in go nuts over the CP's. I get story's of the death cubes and show them how i grow them a lot go home with at least one CP. The local low TDS tap water and zone 8a make it a easy sale.

@optique cross-selling is very smart strategy. in fact, I would like to buy a banana if you have small shippable pups or corms available :)
