I have a nepenthes bloody mary and I recently placed it under a 50w grow light where it gets 10 hours of light a day.

And after 2 weeks, a few of it's leaves edges started to turn a little bit red/pink.

Is this normal? What should I do?
Please help!

I believe this is normal. While I don’t have a Bloody Mary myself, I do have some Nepenthes and other carnivorous plants that are close to the light. It’s likely just “sun stress” and can even be a desired trait in some plants.

Sun stress is a cool mechanism so that the plant only absorbs the light that it needs, and has no negative effects on the plant.

Yep, it is just getting a sun tan.

Is it bad for the plant? Should I reduce light?

It is a cosmetic question. If you don't like the blush to the leaves, reduce the light. The plant is not damaged in any way by the color on the leaves.
