Is it possible to get a venus flytrap pulling with sufficient rhizome without unpotting said venus flytrap?

Yes, I do it often, usually by accident when I'm pulling what I think are totally dead leaves, but they aren't.
However, where you're showing you're inexperience time and again by asking soooo many basic questions, I would not suggest you worry about it until you've grown a little (a lot) in the hobby.
