I've received it. Drosera intermedia is a sundew with a required dormancy right? So that would mean that their seeds would need stratification correct? If so, when should I stratify them?

The plant needing dormancy does not always mean the seed needs stratification. VFT's go dormant, but they don't need stratification. However, in this case, you're correct. Temperate intermedia seeds need stratification.
