How do I get these to grow faster? They were sprouted in August, and they haven’t really grown.

Sunlight, water, food.
The first two are easy, put them outside and keep them moist. The last, at this size, there's not much you can do. Maybe they'll pick up some springtails to eat, or some small gnats, but they're extremely difficult to feed by hand at this stage.
Bloodworm paste? Might give them too much and it rots. Then massaging the trap to stimulate digestion can easily cause damage.
Maxsea or other fertilizer? Could easily give too much and kill it, or it could promote algae growth that will smother the plant.
Just provide a sunny spot and good water, then assume the Lotus Pose and have patience Young Grasshopper.

If you look up the word slow in the dictionary you will see a picture of a VFT seedling!
They are incredibly slow. Get yourself a jewelers glass and just enjoy them for what they are.
