I’ve got a few tanks although they aren’t doing that well anymore after my bout with BBA

I keep selecting the wrong pictures and uploading or pressing okay before submit so Sorry about that. Getting a little fat fingered…

Thank you, you yourself have a very nice carpet in your tanks. That is what started out my fish tank craze - I had always wanted a dwarf baby tear carpet. Unfortunately much of my aquarium passion has been crushed with my constant battle with BBA. Damn the LFS that gave me infected plants, I guess it’s a good lesson on quarantining though. Oh well, that’s why I’m into carnivorous plants now!

I currently have 6 shrimp in there; two green jades and 4 blue velvets. I'm expecting baby shrimp soon cuz one of the female shrimp is caring eggs.

Thanks. Those dwarf baby tears had quite an adventure since I got them. I got a little 1.5 in container of them from petco for a vivarium I wanted to establish. The vivarium wasn't having a very good success and almost all of the dwarf baby tears died. I pulled out a little sliver of dwarf baby tears that was still alive then put it in a container with humidity. Slowly but surely they started growing. Then I changed my mind about the vivarium and decided I was more interested in keeping a shrimp tank instead. After that I switched to an aquarium. By then the dwarf baby tears had grown very thick in the 3 in container. So I cut out a third of them and planted them in the aquarium. I was using Flourish Excel (liquid CO2) for the dwarf baby tears and over some time they completely took over the take. That's how its now.

Looks great, how are the shrimp with the fish? I never had luck with both in the same tank. My betta is tolerating some red cherries for now though.

There is lots of hiding places in the tank. So I think while they are still little, they hide. I was maybe thinking of adding a puffer fish to the tank to keep things under control, because the shrimp and snails are reproducing very quickly.
