Today I checked some of my plants for pests. Fortunately I didn’t see any pests or signs of them. However I found a lot of living black - blue globular springtails inside of only one of my S.purpurea s pitcher. How on earth there are a bunch of springtails floating in just ONE pitcher and there aren’t any in other pitchers or the media?

My guess is mama springtail thought that pitcher was a nice place to have her babies.
