I've been growing these sundew for months and they used to look fantastic (mostly propogated from another sundew), and they look horrid now.

I honestly don't understand what's going on with them. They're indoors, under 14 hours of yescom 225 growlights every day, room is 65+ and warmer now that it's spring, planted in peat moss/perlite, no fertilizers, watered only with distilled water and kept moist, and it's around 45-50% humidity.

They used to be in LFSM and they were already declining then, and after I repotted them they stayed like this. It's been at least 3-4 months now and they still look "stuck" growing new buds.

Do I need to do anything? Do I just leave them alone and see if they pick up once it gets warmer in spring?

The parent spatulata and cape sundews are growing nearby and they're full dewy and happy and haven't had any issues.

Your plants are covered by tiny white dots. Are they actually there and not a trick of the light? Do they move? Or can they be removed?

Just pollen! I had the plants a little bit outside when it was a lot warmer earlier in the month. Just checked again, they aren't moving or anything.
