Oh no. It should be OK 👍 it's a vft so getting cold for a short time shouldn't kill it. Please post a picture. If it doesn't make it I will send you another the next time it's warm enough :D

It fully froze, and there is no white rhizome left.

Well do not despair. I will send a replacement. Might not be the same one because I only had 2 of them. But I promise something equally as fabulous. I know it's disappointing and I can't have that :D

Yes powdery mildew. From lack of airflow. It's treatable.i have had some of my my plants experience it. And yes the traps can die but it doesn't really affect the plant much.

You can try this.
Mix 1 teaspoon baking soda in 1 quart of water. Spray plants thoroughly, as the solution will only kill fungus that it comes into contact with. I would give it a light misting rather than a total drench. Or even dip a q tip in the solution and apply it that way. After you get it out of the higher humidity with good airflow that won't be an issue :D

WOW! I had no idea that cool looking white stripe on my new Nep baby had a purpose! It's full of white trichomes that specifically are for attracting termites. One study found they were devouring 22 termites an hour and about 6,000 termites per pitcher. It's the only carnivorous plant species that sacrifices tissue for food. How AMAZING & INTERESTING! :D :D :D
