This is the 2nd week of them being planted and when i checked they seem to have some white stuff on their tip. is this fungus? is it killing the seeds? i need help on this.

It may be some mold/fungus. Hard to really say. You might try putting a bit of hydrogen peroxide in a spray bottle and spraying them down with it. Sometimes that helps.

Let a little fresh air get to them. As long as they’re in good contact with moist medium they’ll have enough moisture. Just don’t let the surface of the medium dry out.

It might be a mold or fungus. Very difficult to say. You might try spraying them down with some hydrogen peroxide that you've diluted in a spray bottle. That is useful at times.

Allow them to breathe in some fresh air. They will have enough moisture as long as they are in close touch with a damp environment. Just be careful not to let the medium's surface dry out.
