A couple of issues.

When you say November bonus, I'm assuming you mean bonus request as Bainskloof isn't available as a regular bonus. Bainskloof can be your first or second November request if you'd like.
You cannot request early, you must wait for December to make a December request. However, if you're planning on combining November and December, I'd wait a couple of weeks as requests have a two week time limit. If you request now for November and plan on waiting until December before sending your SASE, the November request will likely have expired and been canceled by then.
Look again at what is available and redo your request. Bainskloof is good, you can make a second request from Tier 0 or 1, and the bonuses available to you are Mixed Rosettes, typical intermedia, or typical filiformis.
