My D.capensis finally flowered! But the flowers only have 2 petals. Can they still produce seeds?

Would need a closer shot, but it looks like the flowers have both male and female parts, so they should be able to produce seed.

Do I need to pollinate them? I have heard that they self pollinate. I think the stringy floppy pink things are the female part and the yellow upright ones the male part.

Flowers sometimes get deformed, could be some kind of stress or pest. They seem to be fertile so there is no need to manually polinate thrm. D. capensis is more than capable of self pollination.

It still produces flowers with only two petals. Maybe it is a permanent mutation and all of the flowers will have 2 petals?

Possible but unlikely. Some of my capes did similar thing, whwn they were inside under artificial light with high temperatures without nighttime dips. As soon as I got them outside, their flowers enlarged and lost deformations.
