Alright I know I made a post like this in the past, but this is for a different plant, and this time it's on a leave. And I know that it's an insect and not dust, because it keeps scurrying around on the same leave. Anyone?

I get them often in my pots and they seem pretty harmless, I think they are springtails, normally attracted to the damp soil. I wouldn't worry.
