I see, 4044 is the lumut x tamb I think. I have read that it is very finicky, but also read on the Bergen website BE claims it’s their hardiest

Oh also, I checked out carnivero - they state ham eddy is easier than either pure species

I saw that too, I agree that ham eddy is the way to go if you’re a bit scared of pure species, I’d still wait until Wistuba has eddy’s back in stock if you’re willing to spend the extra money (+50$ compared to the hameddy). From what I’ve heard it goes like this:

Hardest to easiest:

Hamata
Edwarsiana
Hamata x Edwarsiana

Hmmm, I see I remembered slightly wrong.

From an email from Carnivero which I ask about ham eddy:
"In my experience hamata x edwardsiana is about the same difficulty as hamata but easier than edwardsiana."

So looks like hamata or hamata x edwardsiana is the way to go.

That’s probably what I will do 👍👍, after reading yalls comments I’ll probably try another hamata too.

Huh. Well, so far I've been very cautious with it so I suppose it could be a tricky one. I didn't want to shock it. I don't know about anyone else's experiences but the only Nepenthes that I've lost this summer have been from Bergen so I'm not sure how much I trust them... Some were a tad sickly.
