Looks like they got their foot and inch measurements switched in the width.
I'd love to see a D. intermedia 3 feet wide.
I also question their 1 foot height measurement, the tallest intermedia flower scape I've seen is under 6 inches.

That was my thought as well.

At that size, might see small birds and other animals becoming prey items. Heh
