Bottom shelf is mainly for cuttings, new arrivals, and plants recovering from stress. Top shelf is mainly for Nepenthes as the most area for vertical growth. I do plan to upgrade to a 3 tier greenhouse and have the top shelf empty to allow more vertical growth.
