I bought 4, 2 from one seller and 2 from another seller. Theyre the same type and bought at the same time

Only one is green and really tall and healthy. The other 3,
-bottom and oldest leaves are yellowing. I know this is bad because the healthy one isnt doing that. Other wise i would beleive its shedding okd leave naturally
-all 3 newest leaves have a red line in the middle
-and the 3 are short and struggling to make sprout new leave while the 1 healthy is tall and gaps are big between leaves. The other 3 gaps are small between new leaves

I googled for hours i really cant find anything. They get watered every few days with dostilled water. Sun is not direct. Its on the side of my house where light is strong but not direct sun. I feel im doing it right. Esp because 1 is healthy. These plants are about 3 months old and i bought when had no pitchers. Thanks in advance

They actually look good to me, but IMO, they're in the wrong media. Being in peat (I'm assuming that's peat moss) they are going to stay too wet unless you have a lot more perlite than what you currently have in there. If it's not peat, then you may have a bigger problem.
With Neps, I suggest long fiber sphagnum moss mixed with perlite. It still holds good water, but is better draining to not have the roots so wet. Neps need to stay moist, but not wet.

Hi. Thanks for the response. It is peat moss thats what i read. So i will repot to long fiber sphagnum moss with perlite? I will order that today then and repot with the new stuff

Attached are 3 pictures comparing the good and bad.
- Pic one just shows the difference from above.
-pic 2 shows the lower leaf turning yellow while other lower isnt
-third shows the space between the leaves. I got them at the same time, you can see the shorter one is struggling

So theyre ok then? If you say it looks good i will continue to care for them the way they are (and use the new suggested soil) thanks for the help

Just like kids, plants will develop differently. The biggest clue they're doing not horrible is that they went from no pitchers when you got them to having grown pitchers in your care.
I'm not saying they're OK, I'm saying they look OK to me.

Should it be dead or alive long fiber sphag. Moss?

Can be alive or dead but live sphagnum moss is much more expensive. Doesn't matter.
That being said, both plants look fine. A leaf yellowing and then turning black is just the way Nepenthes drop old leaves. The plants made it this far in the medium they are currently in. Nepenthes hate change and I can promise you if you repot them you'll get a bunch more yellow leaves and dried up pitchers. Yes, they prefer sphagnum moss but a hardy hybrid like yours is fine with peat and perlite mix.
