Pink all over, or just pink/reddish color on the inside of the traps? I bought this guy at my local Lowe's this spring:

I don’t think so. Closest you’d get is Pink Venus (which isn’t even that pink) or Royal red.

FTS Maroon Monster is a great one. There are other too. Jeremiah Harris has lots of VFTs for sale: https://carnivorousplantresource.com/ve ... hs-plants/

In my opinion/experience, Maroon Monster doesn’t get purple at all and more a dark red color mixed in with green. Purple ambush does have a very slight purple tinge inside the traps but it’s mostly just your typical red anthocynan.

I had a new idea just now. There are some variegated vft cultivars that produce white and green leaves. If it got cross bred with a red vft cultivar then we could get some seedlings that would produce pink color, because red + white = pink. But propably the chances of a seedling having these characteristics will be very rare. Is this theory right to some degree at least?

The theory is correct, that's basically how D. capensis "Big Pink" came to be.
There are reports of VFT's that are pale, almost white, but they're few and far between. Most of them don't live long due to the lack of chlorophyll, or aren't strong enough to expend the energy to catch prey, much less flower. There's another one that is pretty uncommon with yellowish/pinkish traps and green leaves called "Ghost". It lives longer due to the green leaves being able to photosynthesize.
If you were to cross "Ghost", or keep a pale one alive long enough to flower, with a red VFT, you could potentially make a pink VFT. However, with 21,000+ genes spread over 32 chromosomes in the plant, the potential combinations add up to about 6.5 million possibilities with just the base genes on the chromosome. Add gene alleles into the mix, and your possible combinations soar to around 4.3 trillion possible results.
That's not to say it can't happen, that's how all the other cultivars sprang into being, but it's a very small needle in a very large haystack.

What about the vft blanche hermine? It produces very pale leaves.

That looks like it would be an expensive and hard to find vft

Again, in theory, it could happen. Pretty much the only way you prove the theory is to cross any two VFT's and see. Each seed produced will have an approximate 1 in 4.3 trillion chance at being red or pale, with an approximate1 in 8.6 trillion chance of being both. It all depends on what genes get expressed.
You might get a slightly better chance if you were to get a Blanche Hermine or other similarly pale VFT and cross it with a red, as those genes are already being expressed. But the chances will still be in the trillions to one. Small needle, large haystack.

If given a lot of light, it will get close to a purple color.

That is true but I don’t think the difference will be that drastic. Besides, OP is looking for a pink cultivar.
