Ping climbing out?

Hey peeps, just saw that the ping (from leaf pull) I got from one of you a while back (~2 yrs?) seems to be "climbing out" of the soil. Is this normal? I haven't changed the soil since the leaf pull started making roots.

Looks fine to me! Those roots are just exploring. If you can see daylight between the substrate and bottom of the plant you could put just enough substrate over a few of the bare roots to hold it in contact with the surface
