Update! Thought I might share this. I tried water germ with no results and normal with, hopefully excellent results. (These were sown on 8/8/22)

Look what I found! Only few have sprouted rn but hopefully more seed will wake up :D

Thanks for the update, good to see! You will probably have lots more sprouting over the next couple of weeks. At least that's what I had with the same seeds. And keep an eye on your water germination seeds also, I think it's likely they will also sprout soon.

@Camden M - with these N mirabilis seeds did you get more germination over time? I'd be interested to know how they are going, great if you can post an update :)

Thanks for the reminder! They’re doing ok. I did have some passes (mabey 3 or 4) but I guess that happens with almost all seedlings; the weakest ones pass and the strongest make it to maturity. I did actually see today the start of the 3rd leaf popping up on one-

Feed them. Really. A very diluted spray of urea free fertilizer. I have some seedlings that were stalled and now are getting growing :D this is what I use for nepenthes and sarracenia

I find a humidity dome really helps. I am also going to start doing things differently.
Originally, I threw seeds in a single container and when they were with their first true leaves, would carefully transport them to a seedling tray liner inside of a 1020 tray with humidity dome. They would take off once they recovered from the transplant.
From now on, I will sow them right into the seedling tray liner.

These are same age. One under humidity dome, one not.
One under humidity dime, one not. Same age

My neps seedlings are slow too!
Now (photo) at 180 days they are about 15mm/ 0.6 inch diam. I've never fed them due to lack of time but aiming to try, thanks Hollyhock for extra motivation :D
