N. ventricosa x aristolochioides help: Slowed down on pitcher production

Hello, friends.

I'm a little worried about my ventricosa x aristolochioides. It's slowed down on pitcher production quite a bit and it's drying up some other pitchers.

I repotted it not too long ago (probably about a couple of months) in the mix from California Carnivores. The mix contains sphagnum moss, perlite, vermiculite and orchid bark I didn't pack anything down, so the roots are choking from being repotted.

In the images you see there's some damaged leaves from a weevil awhile back that got in my apartment somehow and I killed it and fed it to my cape sundew. Those leaves started growing out from the damaged bit the weevil sucked on.

All of the little startings of pitchers there have stayed like that since I repotted. There has been two-ish (one pitcher was already coming in) since I repotted it. I feel like I'm not sure if it's getting enough light, getting too much light or if it's not humid enough in my apartment. Before it was doing fine, making new pitchers quite often. I'm not sure what changed.

As a note I have tried misting them the past few days in an attempt to raise humidity, but I'm not sure that would help considering that it was doing fine at one point.

Looks fine to me. Neps are one of the more pouty plants that can take months to recover from being handled. You repotted two months ago? So it was recently handled, plus it's winter so less sunlight, it's just going to need more time. The slow in growth and drying up of pitchers is pretty normal for what it went through and time of year. As long as it's green don't worry too much.

Uh maybe we're in different parts of the world but it's spring over here. Granted it's been a crummy start to spring, with some days having temps under 65 degrees Fahrenheit.

But I can believe it's just pouting. The tiny N. ramispina I have is starting to grow more leaves and pitchers after having been shipped to me.

It's spring in my neck of the woods too, but it's still going to have a shorter photoperiod which equals less light. The big slowdown is going to be the fact that you repotted it, they don't like being manhandled. Give it time, indirect light, keep it moist, and it should do fine.
