A generous member donated what he was told were D. communis, but their authenticity is uncertain. I have contacted some very experienced growers to see if they would be willing to grow them up and ID them, but they're all making preparations for their temperates going into dormancy soon, so don't have the time and/or room at the moment.
So let's do plan B.
Up for grabs is a ziploc with flower stalks and seeds. They appear to be drosera, and getting them all out of the plastic might be a chore, but you should be able toget most. The general thoughts surrounding them are leaning towards a spatulata or tokaiensis identity, and that's where you come in.
A more experienced grower is preferred, but this giveaway is open to all, including international. I'll even cover postage. Drawing this weekend-ish.
The only conditions are that, by entering, you agree that when you grow up a mature plant you share a pic so we can see and help ID if necessary, and the first batch of seeds get donated back to the seed bank.
Standard format
1. Jack
2. Jill
3. NO THREE! (Because, well, IYKYK)
4. They done gone up the hill.
Again, postage on me, we'll all ID what in tarnation it might be, you donate seeds back.
Aaaaand go!
Edit: Even though these are technically from the seed bank, they do not count as a seed bank request.

Everything happens for a reason. Sometimes the reason is that I make bad decisions.
