My heliamphora and Nepenthes have been in these same growing conditions for 4 months and they have grown all kinds of new pitchers now and growth. Although the sphagnum appears to be overgrown in some spots.

I plan on hanging them further up from the plants but they seem fine ATM. Being on an upper floor tends to make the lights sway especially from air drafts. I could prop them up on a shelving rack inside my grow tent though.
