Could I grow lowland nepenthes just if I put a heatmat under?

I’d imagine you would want to heat the air around the plant, not the plant itself or the container it’s in. When you heat air, you also dehumidify it so you would need to supplement the humidity. Does that make sense ?

Yeah, I would use a heat mat and (if you have a small set up) a small, personal heater from amazon. The one I got was too hot and I was worried if I put in in the tank with the plants they would burn but if I put it in a container, it would just melt so be careful of that. You can also use a reptile heat lamp. A really nice humidifier would be very helpful too. You can then purchase an Inkbird and hook up the heater and humidifier to the Inkbird and set it to the temperature and humidity you want.
