All three of those are available in the seed bank, and you're eligible to request all of them.
However, you'd only be able to request one per month, and Hercules is a cultivar, so the seeds will not grow a true Hercules. If you want a true Herc, look for a plant.

yeah I saw but I gotta replace some plants that got messed up due to an accident at my house.
