So I've been thinking about the best way to cool a highland tank. I've decided not to grow plants inside of a freezer or wine chiller, since I've heard horror stories of them freezing people's plants, and because of the limited space they provide. I'm using an Exo-Terra 36x18x18 but I've blocked off the ventilation to keep humidity up. Obviously I'll have to have fans to make sure there is air movement, but right now I'm trying to figure out the best way to cool it. The temperature around it is mid seventies most of the time, and it's in my basement. I need to cool it down to below 65. If anyone has any ideas, I'm willing to DIY it.
