I've been growing carnivorous plants (sundews/flytraps) for about 7 months now, and some of them i have to much of so I joined flytrap forums to get more varieties and get rid of others.

“Get rid of others” oh no! You sound like you’re getting ready to terminate some of your plants lol. Anyhow, welcome! The seed bank, giveaway, & picture contest threads are a great way to grow your variety :D Sure has for me.

Kevin here.

I primarily grow orchids. I've been growing orchids for about 30 years. As with other orchid growers, we tend to grow other plants such as tillandsia and carnivorous plants. I grow both.

I grow a variety of carnivorous plants. I've recently had success with Pinguicula. In the past I would always seem to kill. I have a bog which I need to rethink for next spring with a few Sarracenia. I have about seven different Nepenthes species and hybrids, a few duplicates.

I have a Nepenthes x ventrata that I've had for over 8 years.

I'm USA/Michigan. I grow in a sunroom and grow tent from early fall to mid spring. I grow outdoors in the summer.

I'm always learning and hope to learn a lot here. Maybe I'll have a tip or two for others.
