Heliamphora growth question

New to heli’s so don’t exactly know how they grow (as in I’ve researched the conditions and mine seems settled in happily but don’t how how they actually form new leaves). Forgive me for the simplicity of this question but are these all new from growth tips or are they just from the one rhizome?

Looks to me like it may have 2-3 growth points
