I have a saber quad. I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions for good grow lights. I make sure they are getting plenty of sun but use the grow lights supplementary.

Good, inexpensive lights are the Yescom 225.

Plants only use red and blue light for photosynthesis.

The problem with the red and blue lights is, while it is good for the plants, it makes it next to impossible to view them with your naked eye. I am using the white/blue ones and they are working great for my plants. Also, the plain white ones work well but they are often hard to come by.

Thank you! I found a white yescom 225 on Amazon. Should I go with that or the white/blue?
