Can I feed dehydrated gammarus (turtle food) to sarracenia or vft?

They're small fresh water shrimp.

Ah, I see.

I don't see why not. For a VFT, treat them like dehydrated blood worms and off you go. For Sarrs, probably just put some down their throat and add a few drops of water.
However, both Sarrs and VFT's do much better outside for long term health. Do you know what else is outside? Bugs are outside, and they're available for the plants to catch.

They are outside but for some weird reason they catch very few bugs, like one bug in a month.

Do you know what is weirder? There is a whole garden below me and they still catch very few bugs.

Maybe I should catch some bugs from there and feed them instead of giving them gammarus, because there are freshwater and saltwater species and I don’t know which species I have.

If they're outside getting good light, then they don't need bugs. Catching one here or there is sufficient.
