I finally discovered a video of how to revive sphagnum moss (I found it on Youtube). From dried to live sphagnum moss. It is super easy but it takes a long time. Here is a video of how to revive sphagnum moss.

Kind of interesting that he uses tapwater. I wonder if he's ever tested the tapwater's TDS?
