Do sundews get root rot? And if so, how would mine get root rot? The tray is only 1.5 cm tall.

It's not root rot, just keep us updated. Although a repot might be good, how old is the soil? I've had this problem too and the plant stops growing in the summer but starts growing again after a few weeks.
