The drosera in peat came in rough shape about 6 weeks ago, thought she was a goner and then rebounded nicely. The one in sphagnum can't shortly after thriving. I've had both in my plant room under spider farmer sf-1000s so light definitely isn't an issue. I'm in that NYC area and it's been 90+ for three weeks straight. Temp in the plant room is around 93 at it's hottest with humidity between 50-75%.

One of the first droseras I had I fed it all the time with crushed beta pellets and it responded wonderfully. Didn't realize it but I re-potted with miracle gro and it died shortly after. Took me a year to realize oh right fertilizer. The one with sphagnum all the sudden had less dew and now drooping, the one that rebounded is doing the same. Is it a possibility of heat stress? Overfeeding possibly? Otherwise I'm out of ideas. Gonna move into the sun to see but my lights are giving off plenty of uMOL so any suggestions I'm all ears.

What would u suggest? Windows in my place aren't the best, hard to get direct sun for sustained periods

I’d say bring it inside until the heat wave subsides, that’s what I did with mine. I mean you’d bring it in for winter anyways so I don’t see why this would be any different.

I have some capes that are in my Nepenthes pots outside in 100F+ they look fine because they don't really receive much direct sun at all.

Oh I haven't had them outside. In my plant room it's been 93 because there's no AC in that room. I moved them outside thinking maybe the sun would help but after u suggested heat I moved them inside near a window.
