Old pitchers are dying out, but they did have similar red spots to these ones on the new pitchers. Kept in shade all day starting from late morning. Top watered twice with cold distilled water and it’s growing in a terracotta pot. Recently temps have been 83-89 F but soil temp stays 77 F~. Night temps are around 68 F. Is it still too hot and time to move to indoors?

It's certainly not too hot if you keep it wet and standing in water, so no need to bring indoors. If the medium is pure Sphagnum it should be fine and they don't mind being in full sun if they are standing in water.
I personally wouldn't grow Darlingtonia in a terracotta pot, because of the possibility of nutrients.
