Hello, I recently ordered a ping off eBay and it came in cold damaged from and unexpected cold snap, most of its leaves are dead, or dying, but the newest ones are fine, it's growing and I think will make a full recovery, but it's currently blooming, and I was wondering if I should cut the flower stalk off so it can focus it's energy on healing.

tl;dr should I cut the flower off of my cold damaged ping?
