well yea, considering that official minimum wage (many people still get only half that) in my town is about 3,000,000.- Rp/month, and those 29k can get you one and a half decent meal with meat. but yea compared to wages in first world country this is considered dirt cheap i believe for a carnivorous plant :D

There’s a popular grower on FB/IG who keeps PNG amp under intermediate/highland conditions. I grow the same form under LL temps, too, with success.

There are multiple clones of ampullaria from Papua New Guinea circulating in cultivation, but regardless of whether it's the exact same one it should be a similar form from the same *general* area.
