Can I Hard Repot A Nepenthes Seedling?

The substrate is getting a lot of algae on the surface of the sphagnum and can I hard repot a nepenthes seedling because I want my nepenthes seedling growing in fresh new sphagnum?

What size are they/it?

Is it the size of the pitcher or the plant? If a plant, 1 inch but if a pitcher, more than 1.5 inches.

I’d say you should be good. Just make sure to be really careful with the roots.
